Education changes when people stop simply talking about what is possible and begin building it together.

My journey with Anand Devkota  and the team in Nepal has always been built on trust, friendship and a shared belief that every child deserves an education that develops their confidence, independence, compassion and potential.

Becoming a Co-Founder of Kathmandu Professional Institute is not simply a title for me. It is a commitment. A commitment to work alongside Anand to strengthen Montessori education, develop exceptional teachers, create opportunities for young people and help build an educational movement in Nepal that can inspire the world.

Nepal has been a very important part of my life and my work for many years. I have seen first-hand what is possible when passionate educators are given the knowledge, resources and belief to create change.

Together, we are not just building an institution. We are building teachers, leaders, communities and ultimately a better future for children.

And I believe we are only just beginning.
